We had a wonderful stay at Gems and Eric’s apartment. We brought our 7 month old and 3.5 year old, and all were extremely comfortable. The instructions are extremely clear and the hosts are very responsive.

A little gem in Arlington ! Close to DC’s hustle and bustle but in a really peaceful and safe neighborhood! Really great restaurants nearby and a perfectly walkable neighborhood! Came during the cherry blossom season and Tidal Basin was just a 10$ cab ride away so you can skip the metro if you want ! House was perfectly clean, perfect for a family of 3 ! Highly recommended!

We had a great time and the apartment was perfect. Everything was incredibly clean and exactly as described/pictured. Fun light fixtures and touches throughout the apartment made the vibe even more fun. We will definitely stay again next time we come to visit our family in the area!

Location is as described, and honestly, even better in person! Check-in was EFFORTLESS. Upon arrival, the space was very clean and the atmosphere makes you feel at home. I really appreciated the hosts' attention to detail and efficient communication throughout my stay. I had such a great time, as the location was minutes away from everything I wanted to do during vacation. I truly wish I had more time.. — This location deserves nothing less than 5 stars. I highly recommend!
