This is a prime location for a fantastic Washington DC Trip!! The unit is clean & very comfortable. The location is the best. You’re just a few minutes walk to the subway station to get to the national mall or any of the restaurants in all of the wonderful little neighborhoods. There’s a great outdoor patio at the apartment building that we enjoyed tremendously. This is a wonderful place to stay. And we loved it!!

Had a great stay here. The space was calm, quiet, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The location was especially convenient being so close to the airport, and having a dedicated parking space made everything even easier.
The suite itself was very well kept, the AC worked great, and the massaging chair was an amazing touch that honestly took the stay over the top. Overall, this was a smooth, relaxing, 5 star experience from start to finish. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The location of this suite is absolutely unbeatable! Situated right on Arlington Blvd, it offered seamless access to the Metro and local highlights, making it the perfect home base.
The apartment itself was well-maintained and quiet. The absolute highlight was the massage chair; after a long day on my feet, it was the perfect way to unwind and recover. It is a thoughtful touch that truly sets this stay apart.
The host was professional and highly organized. Communication was clear, and the instructions for the lockbox and parking were detailed and easy to follow. Having two keys provided made coordinating our outings very convenient.
I highly recommend this stay for anyone prioritizing a central location, top-tier amenities, and a seamless hosting experience in Arlington!

lo amee !!!mi 1er airbnb sola con mi esposo y todo fue perfecto, no hubo fallas!!!..limpio,instrucciones de llegada y recogido de llaves perfectas, el seguimiento de Gems y Eric fue constante y siempre respondieron mis preguntas y bien rapido, la ubicacion,el parking, el area super segura, los lugares de interes turisticos y restaurantes super cerca todo fue excelente,el apto olía riquísimo y la silla de masaje fue el verdadero plus....gracias definitivamente serán nuestro 2do hogar en DC para cuando regresemos...

Great location, comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood, friendly people. We enjoyed wrapping up our evenings of touring DC here. We hopped on near by bicycles using the capital bike share app to explore the city.

We had a wonderful stay at Gems and Eric’s apartment. We brought our 7 month old and 3.5 year old, and all were extremely comfortable. The instructions are extremely clear and the hosts are very responsive.

A little gem in Arlington ! Close to DC’s hustle and bustle but in a really peaceful and safe neighborhood!
Really great restaurants nearby and a perfectly walkable neighborhood!
Came during the cherry blossom season and Tidal Basin was just a 10$ cab ride away so you can skip the metro if you want !
House was perfectly clean, perfect for a family of 3 !

Gems and Eric’s place was the perfect location for our recent stay in Arlington. The unit was as presented and communication with the hosts was always timely and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend and will book with them again on future trips to the area.

Our stay in Arlington was fantastic and I cannot recommend this place enough. The location is perfect because it sits only two blocks from the USMC War Memorial. Getting to the metro is very easy. It is a short walk of ten to fifteen minutes, but we hopped on Lime Scooters for a five minute ride that was a total blast.
One of the best perks was the free parking. Most hotels in the city charge fifty dollars or more for a spot, so having that included was a huge win for us. The amenities were also excellent. We loved having a full kitchen to use and the massage chair was the perfect way to end the day after visiting the monuments.
This was easily a five star experience. We will definitely book here again the next time we are in the area.
