This place was amazing. The king bed was very comfortable, and my kids said the pull‑out sofa was just as great. The kitchen was well equipped for the breakfasts we made each day, and it even included basics like oil, salt, and pepper. The coffee station—with both a drip machine and Keurig and provided coffee, cream, and sugar—was a great bonus. The bathroom was clean and bright, and the closets were spacious. Check‑in and check‑out were easy thanks to the clear instructions and helpful videos sent ahead of time. The building was quiet; weekday construction across the street didn’t bother us, and the provided earplugs were a thoughtful touch. It was warm during our visit, but the AC and bedroom ceiling fan kept the place nice and cool. It’s an easy 15‑minute walk to the Metro, and having a free parking space included was a huge benefit. Different team members monitor the chat, so responses were always quick and friendly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough about how friendly, helpful, sweet, and responsive the hosts are! The kindest people you could ask for. Allowed me to have packages delivered and even helped me in under 15 minutes when I locked myself out at night. The place itself is super cozy and clean, amazing bed! Looks just like the photos and has everything you need—even a little coffee station. The unit has tons of space and multiple work areas/desks. The building is really quiet and nice as well. Loved my stay.

The stay was incredible! Highly recommended! Everything was clean and smelled amazing the bedding and couch was so comfortable ! The building itself was perfect in regard to amenities and safety! Would also recommend for solo travel ! I would definitely stay here again , the hosts were always accessible! 5 stars ! Zero complaints

This is our second stay with Gems & Eric. Both places are identical but on different floors and we loved them both. This unit is very cozy, clean and well situated for enjoying this area of Arlington. The view is also very enjoyable.

This really was a great location for a visit to Washington DC. Quick walk to the Rosslyn Metro station for easy access into the city. The condo was exactly as it was described and perfect for our stay. The building is lovely and secure. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with if we have the pleasure to come back soon, we would definitely stay here again.
